AI Transparency Notice

Every AI surface in the product carries a visible disclosure before you interact with it — the assistant, the formulation studio, the reformulation and market-unlock copilots, and the document drafting tools. There is no hidden model in a workflow that appears to be purely deterministic.

The compliance screening, the Annex checks and the ledger verification are deliberately not AI. They are rule-based, so the same formula and the same rule pack always return the same verdict.

• Anything the model drafts is labelled AI-generated in the interface and carries a machine-readable marker in the page.
• The suggestion, the model identifier and the accepting user are written to the append-only ledger, so the basis of an AI-assisted decision can be reconstructed later.
• Exported packs and passports state which content was AI-drafted and who adopted it.

An AI suggestion has no effect until a person adopts it. Adoption records the reviewer, the timestamp and the rationale on the record. The product will not file a submission, or issue a passport, on an AI suggestion alone.

• AI output is not regulatory, legal, medical or safety advice, and does not replace a qualified safety assessor.
• Models can be confidently wrong about concentrations, interactions and local rules. Always check an AI-drafted formula against the deterministic substance screening and your own laboratory data.
• Rule packs reflect the sources published in the product on a given date. Regulators change requirements; the pack version pinned to your assessment tells you which text was used.
• AI features are not used to make automated decisions about people, and are not used for profiling.

Prompts include the workspace data needed for the task — for example the formula lines and target markets. Workspace content is not used to train third-party models. Model requests are made through a managed gateway; see the privacy notice for retention and processing detail, and the security page for isolation controls.
