Terms of Service

Batchbind is a product of AITW Authentica (aitwauthentica.com). References to “we”, “us” and “Batchbind” in these terms mean AITW Authentica acting as the provider of the platform.

Access is organised around workspaces. The person who creates a workspace, and anyone they promote to administrator, controls membership, roles and data-region settings. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for activity carried out under them.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period through our payment provider. Feature availability follows the plan on the workspace at the time of use; downgrading may lock features while leaving your existing records readable. Fees already paid for a period are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain all rights to the formulas, batch records, documents and other content you put into Batchbind. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service to you, including sending relevant content to model providers when you use an AI feature.

Generated formulas, substitution suggestions, parsed certificates and compliance assessments are decision support. They must be reviewed and approved by a qualified person in your organisation before a product is manufactured, labelled, sold or submitted to a regulator. Batchbind does not provide regulatory, legal or safety advice, and rule packs may lag official publication.

The ledger is append-only by design. When you issue a share link or an inspector token you are choosing to disclose the scoped records it covers to whoever holds it, for the period you set. You are responsible for who you send those links to; you can revoke them at any time.

• Do not upload content you have no right to share, or content designed to mislead a regulator or buyer.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not resell or scrape the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.
• Do not use the platform for products that are unlawful in the markets you operate in.

We work to keep the service available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance that causes downtime. Features evolve; we may add, change or retire functionality, and will give notice before removing something material to a paid plan.

You may stop using Batchbind at any time and ask for your workspace to be deleted. We may suspend access for non-payment or a serious breach of these terms, and will tell you why and give you an opportunity to fix it where the circumstances allow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, product recalls or regulatory penalties.
